GUARDIAN (for All Young Makers between 5 to 18 years old)
We will require that All young makers of the South West Makers Fest Event, sign in at our registration desk (details will be forwarded as part of your application acknowledgement and welcome letter), prior to set up, on the morning of the Festival. Each Individual or group will need to be accompanied by a guardian, that is appropriate to complete a release form. *Any young makers that arrive at registration without a suitable guardian to complete the required forms, will be unable to proceed to set up.
